Eligibility for Refund You may be eligible for a refund if you return your item within 2 days of receipt and the item is in its original, unopened condition. Please contact us before returning your item to obtain a return authorization and instructions.

Exceptions to Refund Policy Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for coins that have been opened, damaged, or altered in any way. Custom or special orders are also not eligible for refund.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the conditions for refund. If the item is eligible for refund, we will process your refund within 5 days.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is not available, we will issue a store credit for the full amount of the refund.
