The 2020-W 1/2 oz End of WWII 75th Anniversary $25 Proof Gold Coin  was struck by the US Mint to honor this year as the 75th anniversary of the conclusion of WWII. Containing 24 karat gold, the West Point Mint struck this 1/2 troy oz commemorative gold coin with a maximum mintage of 7,500. The US Mint WWII gold coin is pre-graded by PCGS as PF 69 with the First Strike designation. As a lovely commemoration, this 2020-W 1/2 oz End of WWII 75th Anniversary $25 Proof Gold Coin  may make an honorable gift to any veteran. Grab your US Mint WWII gold coin from Bullion Exchanges.

The obverse of the commemorative gold coin is proudly embellished with an American Bald Eagle mid-flight, carrying an olive branch in its right talon. The eagle with the olive branch is an illustrious US symbol of peace, and it was based on the 1945 rendition of the US National Seal.

The reverse of the US Mint WWII gold coin took inspiration from the 1945 WWII Victory Medal. The sun from that medal, 75 years later, has now risen to high noon and beams over olive branches on this new US Mint WWII gold coin.
