Silver Britannias have been issued since 1997. The Royal Mint has produced a limited quantity of the 2023 Silver Britannia using the effigy of Queen Elizabeth and King Charles. Each slab will have one Silver Britannia 2023 bullion coin that will feature the new effigy of King Charles, and second bullion coin feeaturing Queen Elizabeth. These are certified and graded by NGC as MS69.  This is a very limited production.
